Kendra has a true Joie de Vivre, after the reality of life (and death) of losing 2 friends in mid-life. Other people complain, but Kendra embraces the fact that she is still here, has life experiences and knowledge to share and is able to enjoy a full life. She finds joy in everything, no matter how big or small. This permeates who she is. Kendra will do everything possible to help you find the joy in your life!

As an employee, she remembers her jobs as “fine”; though she was never passionate about them, she didn’t mind going to work. Hello everyone, my name is Denise Lowe, I am a learning success coach, educator and author. My passion is to educate and inspire all youth, so that no matter what their circumstances are, they will have the tools to develop resilence and confidence and that they will be inspired to do their best, find their passion and be a positive light in world.  I also support  parents of teens and people who work with teens through various community organizations.

Through my Learning Success program, I support students of all learning abilities, especially those with challenges like Anxiety Disorder, ADHD, & Learning Disabilities.This program helps students develop their mindset and executive function skills; which will help them be more successful in the classroom and in life. The result of my coaching increases self-confidence and overall healthier well-being.

When I retired from teaching high school after 25 years, I wrote my book called “The Fighter Within; Beating life’s challenges one day at a time”. It was inspired by my own struggles and the struggles of my 2 daughters; I have now developed it into an online program, as a resource for those who work with youth facing challenges and adversity, helping them develop resilience and personal power. 

As you can see, what I do is two-fold; not only do I coach teens, but I offer resources as a support for their parents and those who work with teens. Let’s face it, it’s not an easy job, raising a teen or being a teen, it takes a village.

Hi! My name is Monica and I am a certified life and wellness coach who specializes in working with teens.

I help individuals identify and overcome their social anxiety while developing the confidence they need to succeed in life.

Typically, what you can expect from a coaching session is to discover what areas of your life you’re not feeling fulfilled in while figuring out what you need to do in order to achieve that fulfilment from it. Common areas that I often hear teens go through or want to improve are their academics, their family, their friendships, their intimate relationships that seem to be very challenging.

The reason I became passionate about working with individuals within this age range is because I recognize and remember how challenging those years were and specifically, I remember not knowing how to navigate my overwhelming emotions in a healthy way. Not knowing what resources to use in order to overcome those challenges so I wanted to become that coach for you to make that journey a little bit easier without feeling like you are doing it alone.
